Hi, I am Laurence

My life is dedicate to the health and the original essence reactivation. This reactivation is based on Love, Wisdom and Tradition. In harmony with nature, I’ve been introduced to the world of meditation and yoga from a very young age, my work is rooted in ancient knowledges such as Yoga, Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine. For 20 years, I have been exploring the bridges between the body, the heart and consciousness. Accompanied by talented teachers, I gradually left the world of certainties to step into the realm of exploration.
